I like to keep all the ingredients for anything Asian on hand as it’s a quick and yummy meal that pleases everyone.  This dish is made easily with anything ground.  Also, this is yummy in lettuce cups or steamed low carb tortilla shells.  Enjoy.

Ingredients

2 lbs ground pork

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 diced onion

1/4 diced red pepper

1/4 diced green pepper

2 Tbsp hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp dark soy sauce

2 crushed cloves garlic

1 tsp crushed ginger

Pinch red chili flakes or to taste

Splash sherry

3 chopped green onions

Drizzle sesame oil

Rice noodles are Gluten free and a good alternative to a conventional rice noodle keto style is a kojac Noodle.  Just make sure when preparing meals with kojac to heat them first in boiling water, a pan or the microwave,

Directions

Brown your ground pork in the vegetable oil.  Add a splash of sherry — or white wine — and toss in the veggies.  Stir and sauté.  Add in everything except the green onion and sesame oil then sauté.  Serve on rice vermicelli or keto noodles of your choice.  I have found my favorite here.  Top with green onion and a drizzle of sesame oil.  Don’t forget to eat this with your chop sticks.  It’s so good.
