I think I have eaten every version of what a pasta replacement might be. I could list them all here, but I’ll not because this company, and they don’t know me, they don’t pay me, has cracked the Keto pasta code.  I’ve had and have a stock of their fettuccine, elbow and penne noodles.  The other bag of traditional pasta here is what I cook when I serve pasta for my family as we all don’t need to eat keto.  If you can find this brand give it a try.  My only suggestion is to cook it a couple minutes longer than they recommend as it absorbs the sauce better and has a better mouth feel.  And, I’m an al dente woman.  Bon Appetit!
